Veteran, Survivor of Domestic Violence, Globally Recognized Women’s Health and Fitness Expert, 13 x Self-Published Author, owner of Well Content 4 U Wellness Company and the creator of Fit, Tight and Toned Fitness-Training Book, Brand and Community, Laticia “Action” Jackson!

Over the last 20 years of my career, I have assisted thousands of women with the resources, education and fitness coaching designed to teach women “how” to make lifestyle changes needed in order to live a fit and healthy lifestyle!
My love for all things women’s health and fitness has lead me to being featured in over 30 health and fitness magazines such as Oxygen Fitness Magazine, Council on Aging, Flex, Muscle and Fitness Hers, Strong Fitness and featured on national TV stations such as NBC News, Fox 40, ABC 10, CW 31, Seattle’s King 5 and numerous other TV stations where I am a trusted health and fitness expert providing insight and expertise on “how” women and communities can overcome barriers to healthy living.
For years I have noticed that the fitness and health industry focuses little to no attention to the unique and often unmet fitness needs of Black women. That was one of the reasons I wrote the book and built the Fit, Tight and Toned community. I desired to create a safe space for Black women to learn “how” to get fit without taking unsafe measures, have support from like-minded fit conscious black women and to use exercise as a way to improve our mental, physical, emotional and spiritual health.
